FRIENDLY FOODS FOR CARB EATERS
ASPARAGUS, very low calorie and great flavor. Steam in the microwave-ready bag for five minutes, let it stand for a minute and then serve it up. Add a very small amount of Ghee (butter substitute), salt and pepper for a delicious low calorie food.
