FRENCH FRIES ARE DIET BUSTERS!

French Fries are potatoes right? And potatoes are vegetables so they must be ok to eat, right?

NOT!

FRENCH FRIES ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS, THEY ARE DIET BUSTERS!
DON'T EAT THEM!!!
(unless it's your "treat for a day")

Medium order of French Fries, 16g of Fat is outrageous, don't eat that!

A small to medium baked potato without butter or any additives is 200 calories, frying that potato just about doubled the calories and every one of those calories comes from fat.

Ketchup is a popular condiment to consume with French Fries but the carbs are fairly high so watch how much you eat

KETCHUP, ONE TABLESPOON = 20 CALORIES, 5g CARB
five tablespoons of ketchup are only 100 calories but it's 25g Carb, be sure that fits in your daily total
Another evil in ketchup is HFCS (aka High Fructose Corn Syrup), a sugar replacement
Avoid it in all you eat and you'll save calories.

FRIES PLUS KETCHUP = 440 calories and 69g of carbs, that's almost 1/3 of total daily calories and half of daily carbs, just say'n!

It was widely reported today that according to the CDC over 40% of the USA population is obese.

The most reliable way to reduce body weight is to count and control the number of calories that are inserted in that hole located directly below your nose.

Calories: 25.6 x 25 = 640 calories / Carbs: 25.6 x 0.8 = 20.48 grams of carbs

Experience has shown that drinking the whole bottle by a single person is not recommended (unless you're on vacation)

FRIENDLY FOODS FOR CARB EATERS

ASPARAGUS, very low calorie and great flavor. Steam in the microwave-ready bag for five minutes, let it stand for a minute and then serve it up. Add a very small amount of Ghee (butter substitute), salt and pepper for a delicious low calorie food.

CARB-O-MANIA, Peas and carrots were a favorite here, maybe someday they'll sneak back a little (after we've hit all our weight loss goals). Peas and Carrots are high in calories and carbs but they pack a pretty good pile of protein too. Nobody said this was gonna be easy but you can do it if you read the nutrition facts.
